Program name and description

The Tender Touch Health Care Services text message program sends appointment reminders, scheduling updates and other communications about your home health care. You join the program by checking the SMS consent box on one of our website forms, or by giving us consent in writing or by phone.

Message frequency varies, depending on your visit schedule and care needs.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages from us. We’ll send one message to confirm you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will not receive more text messages unless you sign up again.

Consent is not a condition of care

You do not have to agree to receive text messages to receive health care services from Tender Touch Health Care Services.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy
